Batman. I'm not saying Bats wouldn't get a little cut up, but Bats would ultimately push Wolvie past his "Red Line" and then just outmanuever the berzerker. He'd finish him off either by A) Luring him into a trap that would put the Canuck down or B)Knock out gassing his ass.
